PartGo LLC ("PartGo", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information and highly confidential Intellectual Property (IP). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you visit partgo.us (the "Website"), use our instant quoting platform, or place manufacturing orders.
This policy is intended to address applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
By using our Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires explicit consent for a particular processing activity, PartGo will request consent through an appropriate preference mechanism.

Manufacturing Data may include both personal information (e.g., designer name in metadata) and confidential business information. PartGo processes personal information under this Privacy Policy and protects confidential technical information under the Master Customer Terms and NDA.
How we use your data & AI training
We use your data strictly for legitimate business purposes:
To Provide Services: To generate automated manufacturing quotes and fulfill your production orders.
To Improve our Platform: To analyze usage trends and improve website functionality.
Communication: To send order updates, shipping notifications, and necessary administrative messages.
Legal Compliance: To prevent fraud, enforce our Master Customer Terms, and comply with tax and export-control laws.
⚠️ AI Training Policy: Unless the Customer provides separate express written consent, PartGo will not use Customer Specifications, CAD geometry, technical drawings, or proprietary design data to train, fine-tune, validate, or benchmark general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We only use aggregated and irreversibly anonymized operational metadata (e.g., material types, pricing statistics, manufacturing times) to optimize our quoting algorithms.
Sharing & cross-border transfers
PartGo operates a global Manufacturing as a Service (MaaS) platform. We may disclose Customer Content to Network Partners, cloud hosting providers, and service providers where reasonably necessary to quote, manufacture, inspect, ship, support, warranty, or administer an Order.
Cross-Border Transfer (Türkiye): Customer acknowledges that cross-border access and processing may be necessary to provide the Services. By submitting files to PartGo, you expressly acknowledge that your technical data and CAD files may be transferred to, accessed, and processed by our approved Manufacturing Partners located outside the United States, specifically in Türkiye (Turkey).
Strict NDAs: All Network Partners are bound by rigorous Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Affiliate Access: In addition to independent Network Partners, Customer Content and limited operational data may be accessed by personnel of PartGo İleri Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş., a Turkish related company under common family control with PartGo LLC, which provides platform, software, and operational services in support of PartGo's business under applicable confidentiality obligations. PartGo İleri Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. does not independently own or license Customer Content or PartGo LLC intellectual property by reason of such access.
Conflict of Terms: In the event of a conflict concerning ownership, license, confidentiality, or permitted use of Customer Specifications, the PartGo Master Customer Terms and any applicable NDA shall control.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA): Where PartGo processes Personal Information on behalf of a business Customer, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Addendum governing such processing.
Data retention
CAD and technical files are retained for the quoting and production lifecycle, the applicable warranty and dispute period, and any additional period reasonably necessary for legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or contractual record-keeping purposes. After that period, they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized in accordance with PartGo’s retention schedule.
Data security & notification
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information and Customer Content.
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
Files are stored in secure cloud environments (e.g., AWS) utilizing AES-256 encryption.
Breach Notification: If PartGo determines that a security incident has affected Personal Information, PartGo will provide notices required by applicable law and will take reasonable steps to investigate and remediate the incident.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you specific rights:
Right to Know/Access: Request a copy of the personal data we collected over the past 12 months.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to tax and warranty retention exceptions).
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Limit: Where applicable, you may request that PartGo limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information to purposes permitted by applicable law.
Right to Opt-Out: PartGo does not sell CAD files. However, cookie-based tracking may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA. You may opt out by clicking Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or by using a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor where required by law.
Exercising Your Rights: We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before processing certain requests. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by applicable law. We generally acknowledge verifiable requests within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) calendar days. Where reasonably necessary, we may extend the response period by up to an additional forty-five (45) calendar days and will notify you of the reason for the extension within the initial response period. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Marketing preferences
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the message. You will continue to receive transactional, security, billing, and service-related communications regarding your orders.
Changes to this policy
PartGo may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version with an updated Effective Date. For material changes to how we collect or use your personal information, PartGo will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Website prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Website or Services after the updated Effective Date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
